2. Counter-Notification

After a valid counter-notification is received, AllStarBids may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

AllStarBids has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement. Accounts found to repeatedly violate copyright laws will be terminated to protect the rights of content owners and maintain platform integrity.

Authenticity, Verification & Security Disclosure

We are committed to maintaining a trusted, transparent, and secure auction marketplace. All items listed for sale on our platform are subject to review, verification, and monitoring processes designed to reduce the risk of counterfeit, fraudulent, or misrepresented items.

Our company actively works with sellers to ensure that auction listings accurately represent the items being offered. This may include, but is not limited to, review of item descriptions, images, provenance documentation, third-party grading or authentication records (where applicable), seller history analysis, and ongoing marketplace monitoring.

While no online marketplace can guarantee absolute authenticity in every instance, we take reasonable, commercially appropriate steps to investigate suspicious activity, remove questionable listings, and take enforcement action against users who violate our authenticity standards. Sellers found to be knowingly offering counterfeit or misrepresented items may be subject to warnings, listing removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

Buyer & Seller Accountability

Sellers are required to affirm that all items they list are genuine, legally owned, and accurately described. Buyers are encouraged to review listings carefully and report any concerns. Our team evaluates reports promptly and may request additional documentation from sellers when necessary.

Secure Payments & User Verification

To protect all parties using our platform, we collect and securely process verified payment information, including credit card details, billing addresses, and shipping addresses. This information is used to help prevent fraud, support transaction integrity, and assist with dispute resolution when required.

Payment and personal data are handled using industry-standard security practices and trusted payment processors. We do not tolerate fraudulent payment activity, identity misuse, or attempts to bypass our security systems.

Enhanced Security for High-Value Transactions (KYC)
