UPLOADING IMAGES

You may drag and drop or click “Browse Files” to upload your images to this section. Any/all lot items should have at least 1 (ONE) good, clear, real, well lit and in focus photo showing the item in full. It is highly recommended you include MORE than 1 (ONE) photo of your lot item, as this helps potential bidders review your item and improves bids on your lot item.

Please review our “How to Sell” section of our website to understand image terms for auction lot items. Any poor, improper or inappropriate photos will be removed and the user advised to update them before the auction goes live.

Once you have uploaded all your lot item photos, click “Continue”.

Click “Save” and your auction listing is complete and will be reviewed before the auction goes live. AllStarBids admin will contact you ASAP if any changes need to be made before the auction begins. Please ensure you comply with any/all necessary changes or you risk not being listed for the upcoming auction.

“COLES NOTES” – As a buyer:

  • Check seller feedback and history before bidding, especially on high value items listed for auction. Ensure you have reviewed the lot item in detail, the seller shipping costs (if any) and/or total bid amount expected and any restrictions before bidding. Bid retraction is possible but limited as per AllStarBids policy. Once you have won an item at auction, you must pay for the item remaining balance within 72 hours from auction completion date and time. In addition, verify any/all tracking information provided by the seller once they have shipped the item.

“COLES NOTES” – As a seller:

  • Ensure you have your auction item as per auction completion, it is high recommended you DO NOT sell the item off-platform once the auction has begun nor the auction has completed. Ensure you have the item ready for shipping within 72 hours of payment being received, ship in good order and packed well to ensure no damage to the item. It is highly recommended the seller keeps all records/proof/receipts of having shipped the item(s). This includes such details as item information/specifications, photos, proof of authenticity and shipping information until the item shipment has been confirmed as “delivered” to the winning bidder per the chosen shipping carrier.

Have fun!
